Job Title: Risk Management & Compliance (GRC) Analyst

Location: Remote, India

Job Description:

We are seeking individuals to join our growing team in the role of GRC Analyst. This role will service our clients and facilitate process of developing solutions on the GRC platform. A hands-on technical experience on administering and configuring the any GRC system is a MUST


To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Experience working with the any of the GRC platform like IBM OpenPages, RSA Archer, MetricStream, AudtiBoard, Servicenow GRC or similar technology including designing and implementing solutions, and fundamental understanding of the relevant key GRC terms (Process, Risk, Control, Issues, Action items)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box
  • An aptitude for learning new technologies- a quick learner and early adopter
  • Experience with business processes in Governance Risk & Compliance (experience in additional areas of the enterprise highly desirable)
  • The ability to self-manage and develop skills independently while contributing to the capability set of the broader team
  • Provide support to GRC Manager to implement and operate a risk management framework at regional level meeting industry & regulatory standards and group policies.
  • Work along with GRC team in implementing risk mitigation strategies and controls within region. Controls must address the risks, contractual commitments, client expectations, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
  • Provide support during ongoing GRC certifications, attestations, assurance exercise.
  • Build strong relationships within the organization to foster a culture of risks awareness, control, security and compliance.
  • Assist developing regional governance and oversight structure including regional GRC committee materials and presentations, Board packages and management reporting


Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC Experience)
  • Hands on configuration, administration and coding experience
  • GRC certifications (Preferred)
  • Consulting Experience


Experience in following aspects preferred

 

Project Objectives:


Develop a GRC tool aligning with Risk Management Methodology and comply with regulations like ISO, COSO, COBIT, NIST, GDPR and regulator specific GRC activities

 

Scope of Work:

1. Organizational Structure : Establish a corporate structure, governance, procedures and accountability.

2. Policy Management and KPI : Manage corporate and regulatory policies and map them to business areas, objectives, and risks.

3. Asset Management : Capture all types of information assets and map them to business processes.

4. Risk Management : Include risk assessment, automated risk score calculation, and risk appetite and tolerance levels.

5. Issue Management : Manage findings, mitigation plans, and exceptions.

6. Cyber Resiliency Framework : Set up a framework and questionnaire for cyber resilience.

7. Dashboards : Provide dashboards for various roles capturing the status of findings, risks, and compliance.

8. Reporting : Development of various types of reports required for regulators and/or frameworks

Experience in following domains preferred:

·        Operational Risk Management

·        Credit Risk management

·        Basel 3/4 guidelines implementation

·        IT Risk management

·        Policy and Procedure management

·        Internal Audit Management

·        Regulatory compliance management

·        Vendor Risk management
