Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.- Engage with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to generate leads.- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and align them with our staffing solutions.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into clients.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.- Assist in creating and delivering presentations to potential clients.- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).- 2-4 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a focus on staff augmentation or contractual hiring.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.- A proactive attitude with a passion for sales and client relationships.
