About the role- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer with a robust understanding of the stock market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that equip our sales team with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively sell our stock market products and services. This role requires a blend of expertise in sales techniques, stock market
fundamentals, and adult learning principles.
EXPERIENCE
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
Training Program Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs focused on stock market products and services.- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.- Continuously update training programs to reflect changes in market trends, products, and regulations.
Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and existing sales team members.- Utilize a variety of training methods, such as workshops, one-on-one coaching.- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Sales Performance Improvement:
- Work closely with sales managers to identify performance gaps and develop targeted training interventions.- Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees through assessments and feedback.- Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure the application of learned skills in real-world scenarios.
Knowledge Management:
- Stay current with stock market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for the sales team.
Basic Requirements
