We maintain a culture that encourages learning, teamwork, and long-term stability.The Role: Assistant Account Officer (On-site, Ludhiana)This is a dedicated, detail-oriented, and on-site role in Ludhiana, providing essential support to our accounting team. The Assistant Account Officer will be a key player in day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial records.Key Responsibilities:Executing daily data entries, including detailed invoice processingPerforming routine bank reconciliationsAssisting in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting senior accountants with finance-related tasksSupporting the team with compliance tasks, including GST and TDS documentationManaging cheque preparation and related documentationMaintaining accurate stock records by recording necessary entries in Excel sheets for Finished Goods and packing materialsCoordinating effectively with internal teams to ensure the efficiency of accounting operationsQualifications and RequirementsExperience and Education:Candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience in daily accounting operationsMinimum qualification of 10+2 in Commerce grade is requiredRelevant coursework or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferredSkills and Proficiencies:Proficiency in relevant accounting software, particularly Tally ERP systems, and MS Office (especially Excel)Strong foundation and proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial StatementsDemonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsStrong Analytical Skills and fundamental knowledge in accountingExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage internal and external interactions effectivelyStrong documentation and organizational skills with a disciplined work styleQuick learning ability, a commitment to meeting deadlines, and working independently
