About The Role
As a Sr. Engineer Maintenance at Sansera Engineering, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You Are Responsible For

  • Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment failures to determine root causes.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to maintenance activities and compliance.
  • Leading projects aimed at improving equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Mentoring and training junior engineers and technicians in best maintenance practices.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Significant experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and predictive maintenance techniques.
