Job Description: Technical Lead - Mobile Application Development

Position: Technical Lead - Mobile Application Development (Android & iOS)

Location: Hyderabad, India (Full-time, In-office)

Experience: 5+ years

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

 

We are stepping into the market with an innovative new business idea. Hence, looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our dynamic team and lead the development of a mobile application which is central to our new business concept.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end development of our mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Be hands-on with coding, building initial and major components of the application.
  • Manage the entire development and deployment process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the development team.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application remains current and competitive.


Requirements :

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in mobile application development for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in modern technologies such as React Native, Flutter, Angular, nodeJS, PHP, etc.
  • Experience with mobile application lifecycle management including building, testing, and deploying.
  • Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.

 

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in leading a development team.
  • Familiarity with cloud services.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
