Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical teams, providing strategic guidance, and driving technological innovation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in system administration, network architecture, and cloud computing, with experience in vendor management and technical leadership. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical teams, providing strategic guidance and direction
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
  • Maintain and improve existing systems and infrastructure
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 11-13 years of experience in IT or a related field
  • 5 years of direct technology experience preferred
  • Proven experience leading/managing technical teams
  • Strong understanding of system administration, network architecture, and cloud computing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Experience

We would love to see:

  • Experience with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Splunk, NewRelic, Grafana, and other monitoring and management tools
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Unix operating systems
  • Experience with virtualization/VMWare products and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OpenShift)
  • Understanding of Citrix environments and F5 Load Balancers
