Department: Finance & AccountsReporting To: Founder and CEOLocation: HQ – GurgaonEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewThe Finance Manager at AirBrick Infra will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and statutory compliance across all business functions. The position involves managing day-to-day accounting, vendor billing, project-level cash flow tracking, and coordination with internal teams to maintain financial discipline. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and project finance within the Design & Build industry .Key Responsibilities1. Financial Operations & AccountingOversee day-to-day accounting functions including payables, receivables, reimbursements, and expense bookings.Prepare and review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledgers.Ensure accurate recording of site imprest, advances, and project-related costs.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.2. Billing & Revenue ManagementCoordinate with QS and CRM teams for timely generation of RA bills and client invoicing.Track project-wise receivables and ensure timely collections.Maintain RA Billing & Collection Dashboard with weekly updates to management.3. Vendor & Payment ManagementReview vendor invoices and ensure alignment with PO/WO and site confirmations.Coordinate with Procurement and Operations teams for payment approvals.Ensure on-time vendor payments and milestone-based disbursements.4. Budgeting & MIS ReportingAssist in preparation of monthly and quarterly budgets and forecasts.Track project-level profitability and overhead expenditures.Prepare MIS reports and present variance analysis to the Finance Lead and management.5. Compliance & AuditEnsure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances .Support internal and external audits with required documentation.Maintain accurate books of accounts as per Ind AS / GAAP standards .6. Cashflow & Financial PlanningMaintain daily cash and bank position reports.Prepare and update project-wise and overall cashflow trackers.Support the Finance Lead in cashflow forecasting and fund planning.Mandatory Tools & Trackers to MaintainMaster Cashflow Tracker (Weekly / Monthly)Project-wise P&L SheetRA Billing & Collection TrackerVendor Payment Status TrackerStatutory Compliance Calendar (GST, TDS, PF, ESI)Monthly MIS DashboardQualification & ExperienceEducation: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (Inter)Experience: 10–12 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Design & Build / Construction / Interior Fit-out industryTechnical Skills:Tally ERP / SAP / Excel (Advanced)Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and complianceAbility to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights
