The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft PowerApps, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services, with a strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes. This role will help clients streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency by leveraging the full Microsoft technology stack, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure AI. Responsibilities• Implementation Leadership: Lead and support the implementation of Microsoft PowerApps, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services for financial institutions and insurance providers, ensuring seamless execution and integration with existing business processes.• Workflow Optimization: Analyze, design, and configure PowerApps and Power Platform solutions to optimize claims processing, underwriting, policy management, and regulatory compliance in P&C insurance.• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify pain points in existing processes and propose tailored solutions using PowerApps for custom app development, Power Automate for workflow automation, and Azure AI Services for data-driven insights and automation.• System Integration: Lead the integration of PowerApps and Azure AI with core insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or other legacy policy administration systems to ensure smooth data flow and end-to-end process automation.• Automation and Process Improvement: Leverage Power Automate to enable the seamless automation of policy servicing, claims management, and underwriting processes, and use Azure AI Services like Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Azure Bot Service to drive predictive analytics and process optimization.• Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advisory services to insurance firms on leveraging Power Platform and Azure AI to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and drive profitability.• Client Presentations and Workshops: Lead PowerApps demonstrations and Azure AI workshops for clients to showcase the potential capabilities of Microsoft technologies, highlighting how they can improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive business outcomes.• Best Practices and Governance: Develop and deliver best practices, governance models, and continual improvement strategies to ensure Power Platform and Azure AI implementations are efficient, scalable, and sustainable.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to implement solutions effectively, ensuring alignment with client objectives Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills• Extensive experience in Microsoft PowerApps, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services implementation, particularly in the insurance industry.• Deep understanding of P&C insurance processes, including claims management, underwriting, policy administration, and regulatory compliance.• Hands-on experience in PowerApps development for custom insurance applications (e.g., claims tracking, policy management), Power Automate for workflow automation, and Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure Bot Service).• Knowledge of Power Platform integration with core insurance systems such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or other legacy policy administration platforms.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and propose AI-driven solutions.• Familiarity with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database) to store, manage, and analyze insurance data.• Microsoft certifications in PowerApps, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, or other relevant technologies are preferred.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and present complex solutions clearly.
