Job Overview:

8 Views is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager (Brand Manager) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing brand strategy, and executing campaigns that elevate and build our clients' brands. You will collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of branding projects, marketing initiatives, and creative deliverables.

As an Account Manager (Brand Manager) at 8 Views, your role will involve strategic thinking, creative oversight, and hands-on project management to deliver impactful brand experiences that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand client needs and brand goals to deliver customized solutions and strategies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on branding and marketing strategies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Regularly communicate project progress, results, and key insights to clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and quality in all aspects of the work.

Brand Strategy & Development:

  • Lead the development of brand strategies, positioning, and identity for clients across various industries.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and implement innovative brand campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
  • Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all client touchpoints (digital, print, social media, etc.).

Project Management & Execution:

  • Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, design, and digital marketing to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and present comprehensive proposals, strategies, and reports to clients.
  • Lead client meetings, project kick-offs, and review sessions, providing strategic insights and creative direction.

Campaign Performance & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of branding and marketing campaigns.
  • Create detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of branding initiatives and ensure client objectives are met.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor junior account managers and other team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment between client expectations and the internal team.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and workflows for more efficient account management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in brand management, account management, or a similar role within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple accounts and leading brand development projects from concept to execution.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, digital media, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with branding and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients.
