Role:We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Director to lead our social media and branding service delivery. This role involves managing client relationships & retention, overseeing branding strategies, and driving impactful social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role is also responsible for defining and fine tuning the delivery process for our social media management and branding services.

Responsibilities:Client Retention & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding their brand goals and objectives to provide tailored strategies and solutions. Take ownership of client KPIs and retention.Client Revenue & Growth: Take ownership of client revenue, invoicing and collectionsStrategic Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media and branding strategies that align with clients' business goals and target audiences.Campaign Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns, ensuring that all content is consistent with brand messaging and identity.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of account managers and executives fostering collaboration and encouraging innovative ideas.Cross Functional Relationship: Maintain and foster cross functional relationships with delivery teams to improve the quality of output.Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within financial parameters.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to keep clients at the forefront of their markets.New client acquisition: Support Business development team with new pitches to contribute to growth of social media and Branding vertical

Knowledge/Skill Set Required:Outstanding Project management, training and presentation skillsExcellent customer service skills with a customer centric mindsetStrong Attention to detail & Organizational skillsStrong knowledge of MS Office Products (PPT, Excel, Word)Knowledge of Social media marketing, influencer marketing, and community management.Knowledge of conducting consumer research and competitor analysis in a structured mannerOutstanding leadership skills and lead by example management style

Education Qualification / Work Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in account management, social media, or branding, preferably in an agency setting.Proven track record of managing successful branding and social media campaigns.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
