We are looking for a Sales Operations professional to join our team at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. As a Sales Operations, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience, based in Faridabad, Haryana, India. It is a full-time role with a focus on driving sales and improving overall sales efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a similar Sales Operations role, ideally in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in daily operations and ensure the smooth running of sales processes
- Manage and update the sales database and CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales information
- Prepare sales reports and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Revenue Management, to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide training and support to sales team members on sales processes and tools
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new sales opportunities
- Assist in contract negotiations and renewal processes with clients
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Operations and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed sales decisions
