Key Responsibilities :
You will have a key role in conceptualizing and implementing integrated line design and layout solutions for mixed model systems.
Prior experience in implementing Industrial Engineering for Green or Brownfield projects will be an advantage.
This role requires innovative thinking to improve material flow, reduce conversion costs, and increase overall plant efficiency gains. You will lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen to drive efficiency and innovation.
Set up/ Create Future factories with Best-in-class layouts, lean cells and smart workstations leveraging advanced manufacturing technologies, methods & time study (MTM/MOST) techniques and lean transformation.
Plans the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work Design and optimize facility layouts, including the arrangement of machinery, equipment and workstations to maximize space utilization, minimize material handling and enhance workflow efficiency.
Familiarity with cycle time, takt time, process observations, and production capacity workings and deployment is expected. You will evaluate production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements, resource optimization, and automation .
Ideal Candidate :
Minimum 3- 6 years of experience in the relevant field
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
Strong knowledge of industrial engineering concepts and best practices
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
