Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and serious candidate to join our team as a Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Specialist. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, supporting digital outreach, and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect databases
  • Run LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the team to refine lead targeting strategies
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Must be from Rajahmundry or nearby areas
  • 6 months-1 year of experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or digital marketing (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Lusha is an advantage
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a startup environment
  • Serious candidates only
