Prepare CAPA reports and submit to the customer.Creating technical awareness among the customers for product in various campaignCustomer relationship managementReview of product related field issuesExploring new business opportunities with the existing customersIntroduction of new products and technologiesTechnical Assistance to After Market TeamValue engineeringConducting IQAs on customer vehicles/equipment for all new products.Support to brand manager for customer specific technical promotional activitiesSettling commercial activities like pending payments or transactional issues and recovery and reconciliationKNOWLEDGEApplication Engineering, Basic Engine, Filtration BasicsDiesel engine and its application on equipmentsProduct range and Technical knowledge of our products.Manufacturing and engineering related knowledge.FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLSGood understanding of customer requirement and means to fulfill the requirements.Cool and calm attitude to main a diplomatic relationship with customer even under tremendous pressure.Presentation, communication and costing skillsDiplomatic and negotiating skill.
