Job Description:

Forecasting Budgeting Strategyplanning

Responsible for preparation of financialplans (LRP PLN LBE ACT Quarterly projections) submission in Globalplanning systems (BPC SAP) and Actuals Variance analysis vsPlan/forecast.

Leadthe financial planning & reporting processes including designof templates & processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Timely address ofqueries from various stakeholders

Analyze performance (tracking revenue &expenses regularly) and provide variance explanations andrecommendations for operational efficiency and provide businesscounseling to relevant stakeholders with the objective of addingvalue to the business.

Understand communicate and explain variancewithin the business. Identify root causes and follow up actions foreach.

Advise businessteams on processrelated matters that arise.

Act as primary liaison with line of Asiaconsolidations team to ensure accuracy and timeliness ofinformation

Business Partnering:

Partner with Indiacommercial leadership with supervision of Head Commercial Financeto drive commercial / financial objectives by leading affiliate orcountryspecific projects.

Create P&L statements and other reportson financial performance for executive management to review.

Preparation ofmonthly business review deck in collaboration with functionalstakeholders

Leadingfinance on S&OP discussions for benchmark analysis & demandassumptions working with Supply Chain and commercial team.

Adhoc Projects Process Improvement and ExpenseEfficiency

To take leadership or to provide supporttowards any business or finance projects as they arise.

To drive excellencein FP&A outputs

To identify and drive continuous process improvement particularlyaround financial planning.

To identify and drive continuous processstandardization and simplification to improve efficiency.

job QUALIFICATIONS(MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):

Education andExperience

  • A minimum of 35 years progressive workingexperience 2 years should be relevant FP&A experience in aproduct Industry.

  • Demonstrated ability towork collaboratively with a range of culturally and functionallydiverse people.

  • Education: CharteredAccountant is preferred

  • Computerliteracy

  • Experience in using SAP S4 HANA

  • Experience in system planning toolssuch as BPC/TM1 etc

  • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice tools

  • Language literacy

  • English (Oral and written)

Essential Skills Experience and Competencies(includes Licenses Credentials)

  • Effectively manage the engagementand collaboration of the team to achieve a common goal

  • Strong commercial analytical skillstrategy thinking financial analysis and finance modelling skill

  • Agile: could react quickly torequests in a short deadline and able to deliver with limitedinformation or resources

  • Processimprovements & simplification

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability toeffectively influence people

  • PreviousFP&A roles in pharmaceutical manufacturing strongly preferred.

  • Previous Cost Accounting experiencepreferred.

  • Bachelor degree inAccounting Finance or Economics Required.
