Instruments include oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, atomic force microscopes (AFM), automated optical inspection, automated X-ray inspection (5DX), in-circuit testers, power supplies, tunable lasers, optical power meters, wavelength-meters, electro-optic converters, optical modulation analyzers and handheld tools. In addition, it produces electronic design automation (EDA) software (EEs of division). It mainly serves the telecommunications, aerospace/defense, industrial, computer, and semiconductor industries.

Job Description :

Cybersecurity Consultant - Customer Inquiry Program

GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) team has a position for an experienced consultant to support the customer inquiry program. The position reports to the GRC Program Manager.

Responsibilities :

- Complete security questionnaires submitted by customers.

- Research responses using existing knowledge base documents and / or by interacting with control / process owners to obtain information needed to respond to customers.

- Build and maintain an easily searchable knowledge base with extensive information security content.

- Maintain GRC trackers with the list of customer inquiries for each month and details specific to inquiries, including responses provided.

- Perform monthly calculations of revenue related to inquiring customers.

- Prepare summary reports and present monthly metrics to management.

- Participate in related GRC programs, such as the Policy and the CIS 18 Assessment programs to continuously build information security knowledge base.

- Document and maintain process documents for the Customer Inquiry program.

Qualifications and Experience :

- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or similar.

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT audit, IT risk management, and / or information security risk and compliance.

- Professional certifications, such as CISA, CISM, CISSP , or similar.

- Knowledge of major IT control frameworks, such as COBIT, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST 800-53,SOC1, SOC2, etc.

- Good understanding of IT and information security controls and risks, such as access controls, change management, encryption, network security, firewalls, system development processes, logging, monitoring, penetration testing, vulnerability management, IT operational controls, etc.

- Experience assessing and testing IT controls.

- Proficient at Excel and other MS Office 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

- Experience writing information security policies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and fluently with a diverse group of stakeholders.

- Able to present information clearly, concisely, accurately and in a manner that promotes understanding, both in writing and verbally.

- Able to work independently.

- Good critical thinking skills.

- Detail oriented.

- Ability and willingness to learn and to research unfamiliar information.

- Able to prioritize work.

- Assist in evolving team processes and driving continuous improvement by continuously seeking out and applying feedback.

- Flexibility to attain meetings in other country time zones (e.g. US, Europe).
