About the job

Job Description

"Engineer, Process Quality" is a member of SEDEMAC's Quality Assurance team. The primary role of the candidate is to perform product inspection and process validation at SEDEMAC, while coordinating with customer for specific requirements review & implementation. The member should be able to identify potential risks within QA & plan for risk mitigation.

The candidate is required to:

  1. Knowledge of electronic & Mechanical assemblies.
  2. Measuring instrument handling.
  3. Awareness of QMS, RoHS, UL.
  4. Process and Product Knowledge.
  5. Knowledge of PLM Application.
  6. IPC Workmanship standard.
  7. Able to meet deadlines & deliver results.
  8. Quality documentation knowledge.
  9. Operator certification.
  10. PPAP documentation
  11. PFMEA, SPC, MSA
  12. Product inspection
  13. Process validation
  14. Line/Process Audit
  15. Control plan
  16. Customer specific requirements review & implementation ability
  17. Able to identify potential risks within QA & plan for risk mitigation
  18. Understanding the needs & expectations of stakeholders

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (60% throughout)
