SoftLink is looking for a 10+ yrs. experienced Sr. Product Engineering Head to lead its Research and New Product Development group. This is a hands-on, leadership role where you will head a dynamic group responsible for defining the future of SoftLink’s healthcare-IT innovations.


Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Engineering and Executive leadership to execute the technical roadmap for SoftLink’s Next-Gen products.

• Perform research and analysis on development technologies involving customer expectations, market, and competitors.

• Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership

• Define and prioritize product themes, epics, and user stories as input to the product lifecycle.

• Establish product development plans and lead the development team with hands-on guidance.

• Define, acquire, and analyze metrics to guide product priorities and direction.

• Identify and resolve tradeoffs and issues that might impede product delivery. 

• Support SoftLink’s regulatory requirements for product security features and related documentation.

• Coordinate with and interface cross-functional teams within the company.

• Support Product Leadership with compelling product positioning and go-to-market. 

• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the product.

• Support our Sales team with product pitches and demos for key accounts.


Essential Skills:

• .NET Professionals (ASP.NET, C#, MVC mandatory) 

• Hands-on experience using JavaScript, jQuery, MVC/Angular JS/Web API, Bootstrap, Ajax

• Strong command over MS-SQL queries

• Android Professionals

• Proven experience as AI/ML Engineer

• Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP

• Ability to write robust code in Python and proven experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)

• Hands-on experience in configuring virtual environments and deploying products on cloud

• Exceptional communication skills, both, technical and non-technical

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal skills


Qualifications:

• Bachelors of engineering in CS, IT, Electronics 

• 3+ years of experience in technical product management

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership - leading technical teams in core product development

• 5+ years in customer interfacing role

• Experience in Healthcare-IT domain preferred

• Experience in Product Development Company preferred
