Role Overview The Technical Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in driving the technical side of the sales process, acting as a bridge between prospects/partners and the InstaSafe product portfolio. This individual will conduct on-site visits, deliver product demonstrations, and provide technical expertise to help customers and partners understand and adopt InstaSafe’s Zero Trust Security solutions. Responsibilities Conduct technical presentations and live product demonstrations of InstaSafe’s Zero Trust solutions at customer and partner sites. Understand customer IT infrastructure and security requirements to provide tailored recommendations. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-demo engagement. Provide feedback from customer interactions to Product and Engineering teams for continuous improvement. Stay updated on InstaSafe’s product portfolio, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Represent InstaSafe at partner meetings, events, and training sessions across the region. Requirements Requirements Core Competencies Technical Foundations: Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, VPN, etc.) and familiarity with Linux operating systems and commands. Solution Presentation: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Customer Engagement: Comfortable in face-to-face interactions with partners and customers to establish trust and credibility. Territory Travel: Ability to plan and manage extensive travel to customer and partner locations within the Chennai area. Behavioral Abilities Agility: Quick to adapt to different customer environments and evolving product features. Professionalism: Presentable, reliable, and able to represent InstaSafe effectively in front of partners and customers. Collaboration: Works closely with sales and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Learning Orientation: Passionate about acquiring new skills and keeping pace with cybersecurity trends. Accountability: Takes ownership of the pre-sales process and customer satisfaction. Other Requirements Must possess a laptop with internet access and a two-wheeler (motorcycle/scooter) for efficient local travel. Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate technical value propositions.
