Job Title: Feasibility B2C Link Delivery Enterprise (B2C)

Department: Enterprise Business

Role Overview: Responsible for managing feasibility checks and link delivery for Internet Leased Line (ILL), Point-to-Point (P2P), and MPLS services. The role requires close coordination with customers and vendors to ensure smooth execution of B2C connectivity projects.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


• Understand and evaluate network services such as ILL, P2P.


• Perform feasibility checks for ILL and P2P connectivity based on customer location and network availability.


• Coordinate with customers and respective vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery.


• Take ownership and manage login cases from initiation to closure.


• Maintain documentation and follow up for project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of network technologies and ISP infrastructure.

Prior experience in B2C link feasibility and delivery process.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Effective in negotiation and customer interaction.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Familiarity with basic database handling.
