About the Company
Raghu Vamsi Group has carved a space for itself in the Aerospace & Defense industry world wide over the past two decades since its inception in the year 2004. The Company and its subsidiaries have gained the trust and built lasting relationships over these years by delivering High Precision Engineering Components and Sub-Assemblies to some of the largest Global Corporations.
Today Raghu Vamsi Group is AS 9100 D and NADCAP Approved consortium of Companies engaged in the Design, Development, Manufacturing and Exporting of High Precision Engineering Components and Sub-Assemblies for Aerospace, Defense, Space, Industrial, Medical, Oil & Gas, Energy and UAV’s.
The Group’s competencies include CNC Machining, Engineering, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Composites Manufacturing, Electronics and Electro Mechanical Sub-Assemblies, Welding and Surface Coatings.
Company exports and supplies to various Global OEM’s like Boeing, GE Aviation, Honeywell, Rolls Royce, Collins Aerospace, Halliburton, Eaton, Cytiva and many more.

About the Role
The role incumbent will be responsible for
- To Ensure the products and processes meet Aerospace standard - AS9100, AS9102, AS13100 & Customer Requirements.
- Lead Customer Audits, FAI part approval & responding the customer complaints
- Active participant in Technical Review, PFMEA, root-cause analysis, FAI kitting readiness and Inspection activities
- Effective People management skills, Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies and ensure understanding of Customer drawings, stage drawing interpretation etc.
- A strong command of Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) ASME Y14.5 is a prerequisite.
- Proficiency in reading drawings, standards, specifications, machining and Special processes.
- Proficiency in using the instruments like Height Master, Profile Projector, air gauge, micrometer, Vernier Caliper etc.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and 8D problem-solving skills, handle Customer Complaints, understanding & implementation experience on AS9100, AS13100, AS9102, APQP/PPAP requirements, OEE, Inspection Cycle time reduction, VA/VE contributor.
- Capable of performing inspections for both new product development (FAI) and production parts.
- Implementing corrective actions and preventive measures through Poka-Yoka approach.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements, monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Knowledge on FMEA, Value Stream mapping, MSA, Gauge R & R etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Process Improvements, Process Capability & Product excellence and to contributor in the Technical Review meeting for NPD.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Identify and address quality issues with precision and speed to reduce the % of COPQ.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Managing the team & proved Leadership qualities.
Educational Qualifications
- B.E/ B. Tech with 8 to 10 years or
- DME/DAE with 10 to 15 years
