About the Role :

The CTO for Defense and Aerospace will oversee the development of cutting-edge systems for drone surveillance and space launch optimization.

Responsibilities :

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams for defense systems.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations for secure systems.
• Develop high-performance RF, audio, and space systems.

Required Skills :

• Expertise in RF systems, aerospace engineering, and government compliance.
• Strong background in project management and secure system design.
• Experience in developing extensive sensor network, sensor integration, developing Radio over IP network.
• Solid understanding and hands-on of IoT chipsets such as arduino, ESP, etc.
• Experience in antenna design and beamforming.
• Experience with Messaging system and developing large-area secure real-time sensor system.
• Solid understanding and hands-on of IoT protocols such as Zigbee, AQMP, MQTT,etc.
• Ability to spot and hire across various domains.

Qualifications :

• 12+ years in aerospace or defense tech leadership roles.
