As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative (Portuguese / Polish / Finnish), you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across calls, chats, and emails. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer requests while maintaining a high level of service in your respective language.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries across phone, chat, and email in Portuguese, Polish, or Finnish.- Assist customers with order-related issues, including status updates, returns, and modifications.- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.- Explain ongoing offers, discounts, and promotions clearly.- Maintain a deep understanding of global geography and market dynamics.- Exhibit empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills in every interaction.- Demonstrate excellent multitasking and navigation skills across systems.- Participate in team discussions to share insights and improve processes.Qualifications:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce sector.- Proficiency in Portuguese, Polish, or Finnish (spoken and written).- Familiar with e-commerce logistics and platforms like Amazon and eBay.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-first mindset.About UsJoin Comfort Click, a premier e-commerce multinational specializing in branded nutraceuticals, vitamins, minerals, and healthcare products for humans and pets.
