Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans.Design, customize, configure and testing of applications. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Continually review the SAP modules and identify areas for improvement.Work with clients to implement changes that improve their business processesWork self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior membersDrive & manages enhancements & projects effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs.
