You will collaborate with industry experts, thought leaders, and talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds.  What you will be doing at Evalueserve: Lead both our internal organic growth initiatives and SEO-focused consulting projects for global clients. The dual-facing role requires a deep understanding of traditional and AI-powered search ecosystems, technical SEO, and scalable content strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how Evalueserve and its clients are discovered, ranked, and engaged with in an evolving digital landscape. Additionally, you will also be continuously optimizing campaigns to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement  Key Responsibilities 1) Internal SEO Strategy & Execution Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance Evalueserve’s digital visibility across service lines. Conduct technical audits and implement on-page and off-page optimization using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console. Monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights using Google Analytics and other platforms. Ensure structured data, schema markup, and site architecture align with evolving search engine guidelines. 2)  Client-Facing SEO Consulting Lead and deliver SEO projects for consulting clients across industries, including diagnostics, audits, strategy development, and performance reporting. Customize SEO frameworks to align with client-specific goals, geographies, and digital maturity. Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders with clarity and strategic insight. Collaborate with client-side teams (marketing, content, IT) to implement and track SEO initiatives. 1)  AI-Driven Search Optimization Stay ahead of emerging search paradigms including Google SGE, Bing Copilot, and Perplexity. Adapt SEO strategies to reflect AI-influenced ranking signals, search intent, and structured data requirements. Future-proof content and technical SEO approaches to remain competitive in AI-powered discovery environments.  2) Digital Marketing Support in planning integrated demand-generation campaigns across organic, paid, email, social, and content channels to drive MQLs and pipeline growth for the client Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) on landing pages, forms, and CTAs using testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate), heatmaps, and user behavior analytics to maximize campaign RoI. Manage martech and tagging: configure and maintain tracking (UTMs, pixels, event tracking), CRM integrations, marketing automation flows (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and campaign dashboards to ensure data-driven decisions. Operate paid and organic analytics and reporting: define KPIs, build dashboards, analyze campaign performance, and deliver insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders. Drive measurement for business impact: focus on pipeline generated, cost per lead/opportunity, lead-to-opportunity conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC) trends, and engagement lift from owned channels. What we’re looking for: 6-8 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a mix of in-house and client-facing roles preferred. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field preferred. Master’s degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, data analytics are a strong advantage. Must have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills. Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills. Familiarity with digital marketing channels, CRM, and campaign management tools. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, strategy). High proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog. Strong grasp of technical SEO, schema markup, site architecture, and crawlability. Experience with GenAI tools for scalable content creation and optimization.  Deep understanding of AI’s impact on search discovery, ranking signals, and user behaviour.
