Role Overview:
We're looking for a passionate and responsible Store Manager to lead our retail outlet operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, customer-focused, and have the ability to manage both sales and people effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the grooming team and sales staff.
  • Drive sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle cash, billing, and POS systems.
  • Maintain store hygiene, display, and overall customer experience.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Prepare sales reports and share insights with management.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
