Job Description: Bench Sales Recruiter

We are hiring experienced

Bench Sales Recruiters

to join our dynamic team in

Hyderabad

and

Pune

(Work from Office). This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with

3-6+ years

of proven expertise in handling

W2 candidates, H1B, USC, GC, H4EAD , and

H1 Transfers .

Key Requirements:Location:

Hyderabad and Pune (Work From Office).Experience:

3–6+ years in bench sales with a minimum of 2 years tenure in a previous firm.Expertise in working with:

H1B, USC, GC, H4EAD, and H1 Transfers (no OPT or CPT candidates).Placement History:

Consistent placement records (1-2+ placements/month).Vendor Management:

Strong network with Tier 1 vendors, prime vendors, and implementation partners.Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication is a top priority.

Roles & Responsibilities:Vendor and Client Management:

Identify, target, and establish relationships with potential vendors and clients for bench consultants.Marketing & Promotions:

Prepare and distribute resumes, cover letters, and marketing materials for consultants across job boards and social media.Rate Negotiations:

Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients and vendors.Recruitment Coordination:

Collaborate with recruitment teams to match consultants with client requirements.Closing Deals:

Secure contracts for bench consultants and drive placements.Long-term Relationships:

Build and maintain partnerships with clients and vendors.Vendor Insights:

Work with Tier 1 vendors, prime vendors, and implementation partners to streamline placement opportunities.Market Analysis:

Prepare reports on bench utilization, sales activities, and market feedback, providing actionable recommendations.
