Ecolab is searching for a driven Manager - RTR for our Finance Operations division in Pune, India . Ecolab is seeking a Manager RTR to join our Global RTR process team. This is a key role responsible for leading and coordinating the accounting process pertaining to Fixed Assets and Banking across the global operations of the company. What You Will Do: Responsible to contribute to achieve the RTR Accounting implementation project timelines defined by the company. Effective stakeholder management Manage the operational activities of the department to include staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals. Coordinate the activities of team members. Ensuring KPI’s are continuously tracked and maintained Drive a strong performance culture with the team Coaching and training of team members. Manage team resources (leaves, vacations, attrition, hiring, etc). Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies. Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems. Set up goals and discuss performances with team members. Work on succession plans (detect potential candidates and develop strategies). Responsible of preparation / review of the Key Performance Metrics (KPI´s). Responsible to keep up to date the SLA (Service Level Agreement) Detect improvement opportunities to trigger off new projects or efficiency opportunities. Participate and/or coordinate writing, updating and defining desktop procedures, Policies and Narratives. Support knowledge management  activities by identifying and updating knowledge as requested and required. Minimum Qualifications: Degree in accounting or finance and 10-12 or more years of significant work experience with at least 3-4 years’ experience of managing large teams. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of accounting principles. Understanding of internal controls over financial reporting ( Sox) Knowledge of SAP (GL, CO, BI) and clear understanding of payroll and financial accounting processes, incl. US GAAP. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word and Outlook software. Strong written and oral communication skills with fluency in English.
