Trainer - Rtr

**Job Details**
- Support development of the Training framework at IBC for RTR along with the Training lead
- Liaise with RTR Tower Leads/managers to understand the specific requirements / pain areas
- Deliver training programs on a regular basis
- Work closely with the Operations SMEs for delivering training programs
- Develop specific Course Content with the help of Operations SMEs
- Courses to cater to new-joiners to get them to an agreed base level and upskilling existing employees for knowledge augmentation and career growth through the lifecycle of an employee within IBC
- Develop evaluation criteria for each course and ensure results are published for each course/trainee. Appropriate feedback and action plans developed basis results of employees.
- Certify resources for fitness to work
- Liase with Operations SMEs for all aspects related to training - course development, delivery, feedback etc.
- Creation of the monthly calendar for trainings and roll-out of same to all stakeholders
- Provide inputs for Governance with Tower leads
- Seamless execution of training programs
- 10+ yrs. Experience in RTR and FP&A. Training experience of 1 to 2 years is preferred
- Fluent in communication (both written and verbal)
- Passionate towards training delivery
- Minimum Graduate/ Postgraduate
- Strong in Accounting & sound knowledge in R2R vertical
- Experience of working in F&A shared service / International F&A BPO
- Good planning and administrative skills
- Flexible to work in any shift.
