Now Hiring: Senior Solution Architect – Insurance Domain (UK Client Experience) Locations: Bengaluru | Chennai | Gurugram | Hyderabad | Kolkata | India (Hybrid/Onsite)We are on a mission to transform the way we engage with our customers. You’ll be part of a global architecture practice , driving excellence, innovation, and architectural value across the organization.Role Purpose We’re looking for someone who:Is passionate about defining end-to-end IT solutions that enhance customer experience.Can design fit-for-purpose, secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise solutions.Can align solution architecture with the organization’s strategic IT vision .Drives continuous improvement in solution design quality.Provides technical direction and architectural leadership to business and technology stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Craft robust, secure, and scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.Lead and guide junior Solution Architects through mentoring and knowledge sharing.Provide technical and architectural leadership to ensure alignment with long-term IT strategy.Perform early triage and shaping of IT initiatives to support investment decisions.Produce comprehensive design artefacts to support service, security, architecture, and engineering.Maintain integrity of end-to-end solutions , including managing transition states toward target architectures.Skills & Experience We’re Looking For Strong background in the Insurance domain and experience with UK-based clients (mandatory).Deep technical expertise across diverse customer and business scenarios, or strong domain specialization.Proven design and architecture skills with a strong grasp of functional, non-functional, and security considerations.Experience in Agile delivery methodologies .Cloud technology experience (preferably AWS ) is desirable.Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform , Adobe Campaign , Adobe Journey Optimizer , and Customer Journey Analytics is an advantage.Financial acumen to support business case development and design decisions.Strong stakeholder management , communication , and leadership skills.Ability to balance long-term architectural direction with short-term delivery goals.Qualifications Engineering Graduate or Graduate with relevant technical experience .
