*About the Role *

We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps leader to establish and enforce deployment architecture standards and best practices across the organization. This person will be responsible for ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps workflows, from small-scale applications to enterprise-grade solutions.

This individual will:

Define and standardize DevOps and deployment architecture.

Ensure cloud-agnostic practices across AWS, Azure, GCP, and other platforms.

Audit and enforce adherence to DevOps standards in all projects.

Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated, efficient software delivery.

Optimize cost, performance, and security in cloud environments.

*Key Responsibilities
1. DevOps Strategy & Standardization *

Define and implement DevOps methodologies, best practices, and cloud deployment frameworks.

Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CI/CD, security, monitoring, and automation.

Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization in cloud deployments.

2. Multi-Cloud Expertise & Flexibility

Oversee cloud-agnostic infrastructure to ensure compatibility across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud solutions.

Guide teams on choosing the right cloud services and deployment models for different projects.

Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.

3. Deployment Architecture & CI/CD Implementation

Design and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable architectures.

Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and rollback strategies.

Oversee containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

4. Security & Compliance

Establish cloud security best practices and identity & access management (IAM) policies.

Implement automated compliance checks to ensure regulatory adherence (ISO, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).

Secure DevOps workflows with DevSecOps practices for vulnerability scanning and threat mitigation.

5. DevOps Audits & Continuous Monitoring

Conduct regular audits of projects to ensure DevOps and deployment standards are followed.

Utilize monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Datadog.

Optimize cloud cost management and performance tuning strategies.

6. Collaboration & Mentorship

Work closely with developers, cloud engineers, and project managers to align DevOps goals.

Mentor and guide teams on best DevOps practices and emerging technologies.

Foster a culture of automation, reliability, and operational excellence.

*Key Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have: *

  1. 10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and deployment architecture.
  2. Expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud solutions.
  3. Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline automation and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm).
  4. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.).
  5. Deep knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM policies, and DevSecOps integration.
  6. Experience in monitoring, logging, and cloud cost optimization.
  7. Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to AI/ML Ops, blockchain DevOps, and Web3 infrastructure.
  • Experience in high-performance computing, edge computing, and hybrid cloud strategies.
  • Knowledge of automated governance, compliance frameworks, and cloud-native security.
