Experience Required: 3+ years in Accounting/Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and compliance.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Maintain accurate financial records and improve accounting processes.
- Assist management in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Professional qualification (CA/ICWA/CPA) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
