Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Branding and Communications Executive to join our hospital's marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of internal branding, coordinating with external agencies, and overseeing branding for corporate events. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:

Internal Branding Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement internal branding strategies.
  • Coordinate with external branding agencies to ensure alignment with the hospital’s brand guidelines and values.
  • Oversee the design, production, and installation of internal branding materials, including signage, posters, banners, and other collateral.


Corporate Events Branding:

  • Plan and execute branding strategies for corporate events, conferences, seminars, health camps, and other hospital-sponsored events.
  • Collaborate with event management teams to ensure consistent and impactful branding across all event materials.
  • Manage the production of event-specific promotional materials, including brochures, banners, and giveaways.


Brand Consistency and Management:

  • Ensure all branding materials, both internal and external, adhere to the hospital’s brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits of internal branding to maintain a cohesive brand experience across all departments.
  • Develop and maintain a brand asset library, including logos, templates, and design files.


Agency Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all branding and design agencies.
  • Brief agencies on branding requirements and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage timelines for branding projects in collaboration with agencies.


Digital and Social Media Branding:

  • Work with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent branding across social media channels, websites, and digital campaigns.
  • Develop content ideas and support in creating branded digital assets for social media and online platforms.


Stakeholder Communication:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including department heads, doctors, and the administration team, to ensure cohesive branding.
  • Present branding ideas and concepts to management and seek approvals where necessary.


Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of branding initiatives and provide regular reports on outcomes.
  • Market research to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and design principles.
