Key Responsibilities:•Own and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).•Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV metrics.•Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.•Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.•Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.•Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop high-performing ad assets.•Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in digital advertising.•Manage and scale advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring profitable acquisition.Requirements:•3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Google and Meta platforms.•Proven success in driving growth for D2C or eCommerce brands.•Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager, including advanced tracking and audience segmentation.•Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and attribution modelling.•Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis.•Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics/reporting tools.•Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
