Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test and maintain web applications using Spring Boot framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that conforms to software development best practices
  • Troubleshoot and debug software defects
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in developing web applications using Spring Boot framework
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming
  • Experience in developing RESTful web services
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based development and deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito
