Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Full Stack Developer/Technical Architect with Min 6+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will design,architect, develop, and implement cost-effective, scalable, and secure software solutions for complex enterprise products, with a strong focus on Health tech/Med Tech.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be directly working with the CTO to define the technical landscape of the fast growing start-up.
We expect you to roll your sleeves up - it's a purely hands-on role
Lead and mentor a team of talented software engineers in creating high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that are cost-effective and highly available.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and multiple product teams to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional technical requirements
Manage and analyze terabytes of data to drive insights and decision-making
Take ownership of developing complex features, propose technical architecture and design decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices for reliability and innovation.
Integrate AI/Gen AI ,AR/VR,Computer Vision features into products;
experience with these technologies is highly preferred and will certainly be rewarded.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top institution (only top IITs/NIT/BITS Pilani/MS from a top U.S University or equivalent) with prior working exp in successful start-ups/top product based MNCs
6+ years of experience with Java, Python, MERN stack, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
Experience in building enterprise-scale cloud-native products from scratch is a must
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern JS frameworks (ReactJS, React Native, Angular, VueJS).
Experience with managing and analyzing terabytes of data to drive insights.
Experience working with multiple product teams and integrating AI/Gen AI and Computer Vision-based features is highly preferred.
Prior exp of building solutions with keen eye on security and compliance
