Neova Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Mid Level Business Development Executive to assist us in growing our client base. In this role, you will collaborate with the Sr. BDO and CEO of the company to develop and implement a successful sales strategy. The objective is to generate consistent financial growth by increasing sales and cultivating strong relationships with clients.


Role:  Mid Level Business Development Executive

Employment Type:  Full Time

Total Experience: 3+ yrs

Notice Period:  Immediate to 15 days
Work Mode: Hybrid (Once a week) Due to shift timings


Responsibilities 


  • Work closely with the CEO to develop a reach-out program to prospective customers in the US.
  • Arrange business meetings for the CEO with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to create, formulate, and manage email campaigns.
  • Respond to emails and make cold calls to US-based prospects.
  • Understand and research new markets and business domains as identified by the Company. 

 

Requirements and skills 


  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role in an IT Services organization working for the US market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Highly Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Strong Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with prospective client leads.
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Work hours 3 pm to 12 am IST
