This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Performance Marketer at Grow Social located in Bangalore Urban. The Junior Performance Marketer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to performance marketing, including creating and managing online ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.


Qualifications

  • Experience in performance marketing and online advertising
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
