About the Job

As a Store Manager at Agarwal Traders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store operations. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is proficient in MS-Excel and possesses strong leadership skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  3. Train and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  4. Analyze sales data using MS-Excel to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing to optimize inventory costs.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that meets company standards.
  7. Create and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
