Position: Assistant Professor – Mathematics

We are seeking dynamic, passionate, and qualified individuals for the post of Assistant Professor in Mathematics to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to teaching, research, and academic development, along with contributing to institutional growth through innovation and active participation in departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures in Mathematics for engineering and allied programs.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement.
• Mentor and guide students in academic, research, and project-based learning.
• Contribute to departmental research, publications, and academic collaborations.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and program evaluation.
• Engage in professional development activities and faculty training initiatives.
• Support student welfare, academic administration, and co-curricular activities.
• Maintain strong industry-academia linkages to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics with first-class (mandatory).
• Preference will be given to candidates with NET/SET qualification or Ph.D. in Mathematics (as per UGC norms).
• Strong academic record and teaching aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and research.
• Prior teaching/research experience in reputed institutions will be an added advantage.
