**Position: Assistant Professor - Mathematics**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, deliver, and assess undergraduate and postgraduate courses: calculus, algebra, real/complex analysis, statistics, etc.
- Mentor students—supervise academic projects, dissertations, and independent studies.
- Conduct and publish high-quality research in refereed journals.
- Secure external research funding and engage in interdisciplinary/conference collaborations.
- Participate in departmental governance: curriculum development, accreditation, committee work.
- Engage in student admissions, counselling, and outreach initiatives.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Academic**: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks OR Ph.D. in Mathematics or related disciplines.
- **Eligibility**: UGC-NET/CSIR-NET or equivalent qualifications (e.g., SLET/SET).
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience is advantageous; fresh Ph.D. holders are also welcome.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Ph.D. degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
- Experience with research grants or consultancy projects.
- Competency in digital pedagogy tools (e.g. MATLAB, Python, LaTeX).
- Demonstrated collaboration in interdisciplinary research or academic events.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
