As part of 1M1B's mission to empower youth with AI Skills, we are looking for passionate peopleto deliver engaging workshops and support learners in their journey to build foundational AI skills. This is a short-term opportunity to create real impact in underserved communities across India.

Position Overview:
The facilitator will lead awareness sessions on Artificial Intelligence, introduce participants to curated online courses, and support them in completing their online certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct orientation workshops introducing the basics of AI and its applications.
  • Guide students through registration and usage of the online courses.
  • Motivate and support learners to complete their course certification.
  • Use engaging, activity-based methods to make sessions impactful.
  • Share regular updates and feedback with the program team.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Who Can Apply:

  • Youth with basic knowledge of AI and interest in AI trends.
  • Strong interest in teaching/facilitation.
  • Strong communication in English, Hindi, and/or relevant regional language.
  • Experience in training, youth programs, or community engagement preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and mobile/web-based platforms.
  • Willing to travel locally for sessions in target regions.
