Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gwalior. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and maintaining client relationships. This is a role where you will handle inbound and outbound queries, engage with potential prospects, and contribute to new growth initiatives. If you're eager to learn, bring fresh ideas, and grow with a young company, we'd love to meet you

Qualifications

Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline (Bachelor's in Business or Marketing will be a plus)

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales, business development, or client engagement will be an added advantage

Strong interest in outbound sales and lead generation — must be comfortable making calls to potential prospects and handling incoming enquiries

Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

Curious, creative, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table

Ability to think strategically and align with the vision of a fast-growing EdTech startup

Comfortable wearing multiple hats — beyond typical business development tasks, willing to contribute to new growth initiatives, planning, and experimentation

Open to working on-site from our Gwalior office (not a remote role)
