Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Odisha, covering Bilaspur, Durg, Dhamdha, and Shivrinarayan regions. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting agricultural products and services, building strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers, and driving sales growth in the agriculture and farming industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored for the agriculture sector in the assigned regions. Identify potential clients including farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural businesses, and establish long-term relationships. Promote and demonstrate agricultural products and services to target customers. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Organize and participate in agricultural fairs, exhibitions, and community events to increase brand visibility. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer requirements and product improvements. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and achieve targets. Provide after-sales support and training to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing within the agriculture or farming industry is preferred. Strong understanding of the agriculture market dynamics in Odisha, especially in Bilaspur, Durg, Dhamdha, and Shivrinarayan. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently within the designated regions.
