JobDescription:

1.PID controllersIndicatorON/OFF controllersfor proper functioning of process plants knowledge of P&IDAll instruments related to pressure flow level and controlloops.2.Knowledgeof working Yokogowa DCS Siemens PC7 DCS PLCHMI SCADA system andHART communicator proximity sensors smart positionersetc3.Controlwiring PLC analog/Digital inputwirings4.Calibration of gas analysers makeSERVOMEXTeledyne5.To ensure maximum uptime of instruments bymanaging spares and condition monitoring. Maintaining of allrelevant documentation related to instrumentation e.g. IMScertification etc.6.Analytical approach and carrying out theanalysis of plant parameters& machineparameters7.Knowledge on Compressors Turbines Pumpsetc8.Day to daymaintenance CMs PMs etc

Responsible for maintenanceof the control system of the plant control system of the machinesanalysers and other field equipment.The unitis ensuring safety and quality by following systems like IMSsystemZero Breakdowns on account of failure ofInstrumentation.To achieve target POLT (Plant On Line Time)To comply with InternalAudit and External Audit recommendations.Thejob holder interacts with Senior Instrumentation ReliabilityManager for instructions and guidance.The jobneeds to liaison with Statutory Authorities like weights andmeasures department in addition to dealing with Original EquipmentManufacturers Material suppliers and Service ProvidersThe job also needs dealing with our Process EngineersMechanical & Electrical Maintenance Teams counterparts atother units & Finance TeamThejobholder assists colleagues in purchase of materials andservices.The jobholder is responsible forhandling the accounts of the plant viz. employee payments vendorpayments etc.The incubment is responsible forcomplaince with regulatory testing of Instruments and equipments atplant.Responsible for using of ComputerisedMaintenance Package (Jde) and carrying out the jobs as per thepackage s schedule to ensure that NO maintenance jobs arepending.
