Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counter Sales Associate located in Noida. The Counter Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, providing relevant product information, and making sales. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining the sales area, processing transactions, managing inventory, and assisting in product displays. In addition, the role involves providing excellent customer service and supporting sales management with any necessary training.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience in the optical or watch retail industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
