**Job Summary**:
The Bakery Counter Salesperson serves as the face of the bakery, responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing the display of bakery items, and assisting customers with their purchases. They ensure cleanliness, maintain inventory, and handle cash or digital transactions while creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting bakery products.
- Maintain attractive and hygienic product displays.
- Process billing and handle transactions accurately.
- Monitor and report stock levels.
- Ensure counter area cleanliness and food safety.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 12th pass with retail experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of bakery or food items.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with billing machines and digital payments.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
