Job role: Case Analysis(Operations Intern)

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Remote

Compensation/Stipend: INR 21,000(Gross)

PGDM Fee Deduction: INR 6,600

Professional Tax: INR 200

Net take home: INR 14,200

Enrollment in the PGDM program is mandatory and non-negotiable. The fee is deducted monthly from your salary (₹6,666/month) in a convenient EMI structure for 12 months.

Working Days: 6 days a week and open to work under rotational shifts and Sunday's based on the requirement.

CTC Post Confirmation: 4-6LPA (Depending upon candidate's performance)

As a Case Analysis Intern at Springworks, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in

the fast-paced environment of a leading background verification platform, SpringVerify. You will have the

opportunity to work closely with different teams within the Operations department, gaining valuable

hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations.

Responsibilities:

● Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document

verification, and database management.

● Assist in conducting background verification checks for our clients, ensuring accuracy and

compliance with company policies.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer inquiries

in a timely manner.

● Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.

● Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.

● Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.

● Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy

and attention to detail.

Your Skills and Experience:

● Currently pursuing a degree/graduate in any field

● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally

with clients and team members.

● Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced

environment.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

● Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.

● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

● Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

● Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.

Note:

The Operations Intern role at Springworks provides a unique opportunity to work in different operational

teams. While the specific team names are not mentioned in this job description, successful candidates

will be assigned to a team based on their skills, interests, and the team's current needs.

● This is a full time internship opportunity so expect to work for 9 hours including 1 hour of

break and you should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months.

● Based on the business requirement, you might have to work on the weekends, a leave

● Comp off or OT (overtime allowance) would be given for working on the off days.
