Case Investigation Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations activities, including case analysis, document verification, and database management.
- Assist in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
- Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree or graduate studies in any field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and task prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Preferred familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette.
